Refund Policy
At Nazia SMM, we strive to provide high-quality social media marketing and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.
All payments made to Nazia SMM are considered final once the work has started.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not applicable after project initiation.
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
If the project has not yet started.
If Nazia SMM is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons.
Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Nazia SMM management.
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Completed social media posts or designs
Paid advertising campaigns once launched
Strategy development and consultation sessions
Any service already delivered or partially completed
If the client cancels after work has begun, no refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs before work starts, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative charges.
Any payments made for third-party services (e.g., paid ads, promotions, platform fees) are non-refundable, as these are controlled by external platforms.
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (where possible).
